        How To Cook A Full Irish Breakfast

We are always told that a breakfast is the most important meal of the day and when you experience a typical traditional Irish breakfast you will see for yourself how important it is to them. An Irish breakfast is not just a breakfast; it’s a fully cooked meal that can be eaten at any time of the day and will keep himself satisfied for hours.

A typical Irish breakfast would consist of:


  •     Bacon
  •     Sausages
  •     Black & White Pudding
  •     Fried or scrambled Eggs
  •     Tomatoes
  •     Mushrooms
  •     Potato Bread
  •     Baked Beans (personal choice)
  •     Wheaten bread
How to make a traditional Irish Breakfast:







Salmon in sesame on a bed of zucchini
Ingredients:
Salmon fillets (salmon, trout) - 450 g
Soy sauce - 30 ml
Sesame - 40 g
Vegetable oil - 15 ml
Zucchini - 600 g
Green onions - 50 g
Grated lemon zest - 1 tsp.
Lemon juice - 20 ml
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Cream of 20-22% - 100 ml
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4
Calories: 421 Calories per serving


Directions:

1. Remove bones in fish, with a sharp knife cut the skin. Cut the fillets without skin is not too small squares and reload in a deep plate. 2.Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to fish. Add sesame and mix carefully. 3.Place the fish on a heated pan, so that between the pieces was an empty seat.
4. Fry the fish until it will be light golden brown, then put it aside .
5.Cut zucchini into 1-cm pieces and cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. Then add the chopped green onions, grated lemon zest and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6.Pour the cream over the fire and hold a few more minutes
7.To serve on the plate put zucchini on top, place the fish.
